Description: The Magic 50
5 Kettlebell Snatches Per Arm
5 Kettlebell Swings Per Arm
10 Burpees
Rest 60 seconds (try to only rest 60 seconds) and repeat
5 Rounds

Notes: Holy crap! What can I say? Its the Magic 50. It kills. Looks easy on paper....
Burpees don't hurt when you're doing them. They hurt when you stop. It kind of became motivation during the last 2 rounds to not take any breaks or pauses on the 10 burpees. If I did, it was just that much harder to finish, because that's when I would notice the pain in my legs and lungs.
We took almost 20 minutes to complete this. I think last time I did it I came in around 14 minutes. But the temperature was a factor. It was in the upper 30's. And I don't think our lungs were ready for it, cause it hurt. I came really close to puking at the end. Lots of burps after the burpees. Jared and I both had to lay down. There was thick steam rising off us. It was pretty funny.
Jared did awesome. Especially considering his knee was still messed up and he's done almost no conditioning training at all.
We both ended up going to the DCRG Xmas Party afterward and felt pretty good. Pics of that here.

Thanks. Do you guys do any other Ross Training work outs? I purchased Infinite Intensity recently and plan on doing a modified version of the 50 day program. Its easy to customize and doesn't require much equipment.
Not sure about the "Ross Training." I just show up at CrossFit and do as I am told! Whatever yo are doing seems to be working!
